1, material form neat, the specification is near.
Scrap steel in the hammer crusher equipment crushing process, only be hammering arrives certain level, from the bottom to the top of the grid hole or discharge, or continue to be hammering, from the bottom to the top or until can grid extrusion. Because the material used in the grid crusher the size of holes in the equipment to be made when they were sure of it, and therefore the same equipment broken out of the specifications of the material of the row should be similar, appearance is met.
2, will have a higher proportion of.
Scrap steel in a continuous hammer crusher and a strong impact, permanently extrusion and knead, is piled up layer upon layer, until the crusher is expelled. At this time the material form and stocky, their own small space, its natural packing density can be up to about 1.2 t/cubic meters, or even higher.
3 fixtures, less.
Due to hammer in the strike was alternating strewn at random, produce a similar role tearing, scrap steel of inclusions will easily slipping out. Scrap steel in continuous hammer blow function, on one hand keep the collision of steel to steel, on the other hand hammer and scrap steel happened between the slip and scratching, so scrap steel surface paint, rust is very easy to be stripped away. At the same time in the process of hammer caused by strong impact energy, scrap steel surface generates a lot of heat, so scrap steel on smeary, paint will be burning off.
